We can custom manufacture timberframe / mortise and tenon structures ideal for garden structures, resort lodging, businesses, etc. They are supplied in easy to assemble knock down kit form.

The wood is spectacular and the interiors are completely finished. In addition to our sustainable plantation sourced wood (including teak and shorea), we also have access to teak beams salvaged from old buildings and boats. This is an interesting material that adds an aged look to pergolas and gazebos. We do not use old growth timber.
Sold in easy to assemble panelized knock down form. Pre Stained/Finished. A variety of roofing materials are available.
Pricing
While our office is located near Seattle, our structures are built to order and shipped from our factory in Asia by container directly to your final setup location. A shipping container will hold several buildings or a mix of different items, with no increase in transportation cost. A 4.5M x 4.0M building is about $20-$24,000 Plan on about $3500 for the container.
